I hereby give you notice the POINTON & SEMPRINGHAM PARISH COUNCIL MEETING will be held on Tuesday 16th January at 7.30pm. All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder.

The Parish Council meeting will be preceded by a public forum, for which Councillors are also asked to be present, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the meeting but may not participate unless invited to do so by the Chairman.
To be noted that the meeting may be recorded for the purpose of transparency.

S23/2313 – Part 16 Telecoms Notification Millthorpe Lane, Millthorpe. Installation of fixed line broadband electronic communications apparatus comprising 1 x 9m wooden pole. Approved.
9. Flooding. To receive an update on the recent flooding.
10. Emergency Plan. To discuss what the PC can do to help the Emergency Planning Group.
11. Parish Council Meeting - To consider moving the Parish Council Meetings to bi-monthly to enable work and projects to be completed.
12. Annual Parish Meeting - To consider and approve 5th March 2024 for the Annual Parish Meeting starting at 6.45pm.
