I hereby give you notice the POINTON & SEMPRINGHAM PARISH COUNCIL MEETING will be held on Tuesday 22nd August at 7.30pm. All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder.

The Parish Council meeting will be preceded by a public forum, for which Councillors are also asked to be present, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the meeting but may not participate unless invited to do so by the Chairman. 

 

To be noted that the meeting may be recorded for the purpose of transparency.

c) To consider and approve the bank reconciliation.

5. Clerk’s report. To receive an update of outstanding matters from the previous meetings.

6. Policies. To review the following policies:

a) Social Media Policy

b) Dignity at Work Policy

c) Document Retention Policy

d) Accessibility Statement

7. Pavilion. To receive an update on the Pavilion and consider the formation of a working group for the rebuilding of the Pavilion.

8. Football Club 

a) To consider the siting of a Memorial Bench on the Playing Field.

b) To note the friendly game on the 10th August.

c) To ratify the siting of the skip (for 2 weeks) and old goal posts on the carpark whilst the football container is cleared out.

d) To consider the request of a contribution by the PC towards the skip.

e) To ratify the number of pitches for the use of the Football Club.

9. Playing Field. 

a) To consider the request by the neighbouring tenant for the trimming of the conifer trees and the replacement of the fence/ removal of the gate along the driveway.

b) To note the removal of the trailer belonging to Cllr Greenwood.

c) To consider the removal of the machinery outside the tractor shed for risk assessment purposes.

10. Flower Tubs - To consider the removal of the flower tubs and to place into storage.

11. Website Maintenance- To consider the continuation of using LALC for the website maintenance.

12. White Gates. To confirm the placing of the white gates to enable the LCC paperwork to be filled in.

13. Lincolnshire Alert. To consider adding Lincolnshire Alert to the website.

14. Meeting Dates. To consider adding extra dates to the calendar of meetings.
