The Annual Parish Council Meeting of Pointon & Sempringham Parish Council
will take place on Wednesday 26th May 2021 in Pointon Village Hall
commencing immediately after the closure of the Annual Parish Meeting.

  4. Declarations Break.
    1. Completion of DPI forms by newly elected Councillors.
  5. Election of Chairman.
  6. Election of Vice-Chairman 
  7. Completion of Declaration of Acceptance of Office forms.
  8. Financial Matters.
    1. To approve the Annual Governance Statement by resolution
    2. Consider Accounting Statements by members as a whole.
    3. Approve Accounting Statements by resolution.
    4. On approval Accounting Statement to be signed and dated.
    5. Approve Internal Auditor for 2021/2022.
    6. Approve Community Cleaner & Clerks hours and duties for 2021/2022.
    7. Approve renewal of Parish Council’s Insurance Policy for the forthcoming year.
