DRAFT MINUTES OF POINTON & SEMPRINGHAM PARISH COUNCIL STAFFING COMMITTEE MEETING
to be held on Tuesday 6th May 2025 at the end of the Parish Council meeting in St Gilbert Primary School

AGENDA
SC25005. To elect the Chairman of the Staffing Committee. Cllr Keeley proposed Cllr Green for Staffing Committee Chair. It was seconded by Cllr Ross. It was resolved for Cllr Green to be Staffing Committee Chair.
SC25006. To receive Declarations of Pecuniary or Non-Pecuniary Interest. No declarations of Pecuniary or Non-Pecuniary Interest received.
SC25007.To receive and accept Apologies for Absence. No apologies received.
SC25008.To approve the clerk’s notes for the meeting held on the 14th January 2025 and for the chair to sign. It was resolved to approve the minutes of the meeting held on the 14th January 2025 and for the chair to sign.
SC25009. Items of confidential nature to be debated in the absence of the press and public. Under the Public Bodies (Admission to the Meetings) Act 1960 (due to the confidential nature of the business).
- Staffing Issues: To consider and approve staff wages to cover financial year 2025-26. Due to the rise in the National Minimum Wage staff wages were discussed and the wage per hour amount resolved.
